young niece looking for work.

my niece, in her early 30's, is arriving here friday night with hopes of beginning a new life, finding a good job and making new friends....if anyone can help with the job and young friends info, i will really appreciate it. she hopes to work in the medical field but is trained as a paralegal. thanks!
