Call home warranty, they will direct you to the dealer.

We did this. 75.00 to measure the window, four weeks to get the window in a new vinyl frame. Tempered glass (used on windows on the GC side) was 175.00. It was a perfect match.

I called home warranty to find out who installed a window that was broken by a rock shooting out from a lawn mower. It was Custom Windows, but they no longer do individual repairs. So T&D was recommended. Not cheap, not quick, but done well.
