Look at the financials.
$14mil in loans.
$10mil maturing this year.
Interest rates ~5% to ~15%........in this rate environment??

Do you due diligence, I think this was based on acquiring foreclosure properties or something similar, anyway when i looked at them 2-3 years ago I was not impressed.
