My company is in the process of moving from Fidelity to Pension Specialists, Inc. as our third party administrator of our 401k plan. Has anybody had any dealings with them and if so what is your impression of them?

I've gone out to thier website but I was hoping for some first hand experience and I know that TOTV is a good start.
