I rec'd this email today, I thought if the numbers are correct this is certainly food for thought! what do you think, JUST FOR FUN!!!!

Yeah, I know. I let my mathematical genious husband correct me right after posting and discussing it with him. I KNEW I should have checked the math before posting this email from my Uncle! The BAIL OUT just seems wrong to me, no matter what! My kids could have bought homes, no questions asked, but were brought up to be realistic. Look at your income. Save for a down payment and work your butts off to pay a FIXED RATE conventional mortgage down, every month, until you someday own it. The banks that made bad loans , should suffer the consequences from the top CEO, and down the ranks of all involved!!! Just my humble opinion!
