Thumbs up The Feel Good/Inspirational Thread

My thought behind this thread, is to capture those short videos that often come across a person's Facebook feed (or other sources) that I figured might make things better...even if just for a few short minutes.

If enough folks contribute their own favorites, this thread could be a place where regardless of how bad your day/week/month/year/life might be going...it will be somewhere you can go to smile or feel a little better.

Here's one I saw today...that gave me the idea.

Certainly not the ending I thought it would be and truly inspirational.
I would have to think long and hard to at least match your post but I probably wouldn't be able to do one better!

Wow, great and inspirational video. Thanks, very much enjoyed it. Perhaps this should be re-labeled the thread about something?

OK, stop that right now!

It's kinda creepy having someone...with the ability to read my mind.

You'll never know how close I came...to doing just that.

Here are some fun and nice sayings from the Villages Homeowners Association. I love their cheerful sayings;

Here's a real inspirational story.

17 year old graduates Harvard (poke here)

Quote:

17-year-old graduates Harvard 11 days after he graduated high school.

Kansas teen Braxton Moral is taking home a degree from Harvard just days after he walked the stage to receive his high school diploma.

On May 19, Moral graduated Ulysses High School in Ulysses, Kansas. Then on May 30, the 17-year-old received his undergraduate degree from Harvard Extension School.

Moral's story captured the nation's attention leading up to Harvard's 368th commencement.

"I'm proud of him," dad Carlos Moral told "Good Morning America" today. "Not only is he smart, but he's a kind kid. With this kind of education comes a lot of responsibility and he needs to do something positive with it."
