Default fumar the gifted

I've
often been asked, Fumar!!, 'What do you old folks
do now that you're retired'?
Well............. I'm
fortunate to have a chemical engineering background, and one of the
things I enjoy most is turning beer, wine, Scotch, and margaritas into
pee.

And I'm
pretty damn good at it, too

Smile 1706

This is my first post even though I have been registered since Jan 09 and read the posts everyday. However, I couldn't resist after reading Fumar's description of retirement which made me laugh out loud. We are SOOO looking forward to retiring in The Villages (1706 days until retirement, but who's counting). Not for just the opportunity of "chemical engineering" but for being a part of a really special place. We'll be there in June/July again to visit. YEAHHHHHHH. Now if we can just win the lottery so we can get down there sooner!!!!!

Oh, Great One:

I think most of us, whether we're engineers or not, have worked out the basics on this, but the recycling bit still has me puzzled.

P.S.: Why else do you think I usually include as a sign off?

WOW I never looked at it that way, instead of 24 months and a week I only have 737 days

Default Counting days, not months

Have a really great friend who developed a "retirement" website for me that counts down by days, hours, minutes, seconds.....he added a bunch of great links to The Villages, so I can look at posts, houses, just about anything you need.....makes looking toward retirement a lot more fun....

By the time some of the posters to this thread actually retire and move to TV, THE GREAT FUMER will be sober and out of rehab attending regular AA meetings.
