A friend of mine's father said he was going on a diet. The son came into the kitchen and the father had two jelly donughts, along with his coffee. The son said, "I thought you were going on a diet".

The father said he was on his diet, "I only had two jelly donughts instead of three", and I am putting "Sweet and Low" in my coffee.

mine is to take care of me, find the time to do it, and hope that i can stick with it...taking care of family that are ill, sometimes does not give you time to think of yourself

That's a good resolution. So many times the caretaker ends up needing care as well. I wish you great success with taking care of yourself.
