NOTHING but credit to you Tal for getting me to start watching a whole lot of Soccer. These games are great, we scream at the T.V. about the same as when we are watching football. What great athletes the women are. I wonder how many miles they run during the game? Thank's.:clap2:

For some reason I find the FIFA Women Soccer games a whole lot more exciting than those of the men World Cup competitions but that might be because the US women players are a lot better than the men. And not for NOTHING. The US Men have never won it. FIFA World Cup - Wikipedia

Well sort of that is NOTHING but true. I did go to BYU Law School and could have made a go of it as I am quite old-fashioned as far as women are concerned. Have to be in love or close to it for me to do anything. There was that blonde nurse from KY I really was extremely fond of but she moved out of the area. I do have my eye out for someone magnificent to take her place in my dreams and elsewhere. And she will have to able to handle a lot of baggage and deal with a lot of tricky problems.

BYU has a strict policy of no pre-marital sex. Of course, all the men at BYU law school in my Class were married except for me and all but two of the women there were also married. Just a very small number of the BYU Law School Class of 1985 were women. I only lasted 10 days there but already a few of the female undergrads seemed to be planning our wedding.

My U of MN Law School Class of 1989 was more than half women and had three law librarians in it. I was one of these. The other two were married women.

True. Would like to keep the right one around and you have to do more than NOTHING.

Germany lost to Sweden. Was not expecting that and I do not think that they qualify for the 2020 Women's Soccer in Japan at the Olympics. So, that has Sweden, the Netherlands and England in for the 2020 Olympics for Women's Soccer.

BTW, there are a number of women in my past I was very fond of but I think they are all still married. The men they are with would probably want to keep them and saw the good things in them I did.

Tal - I think CNM is giving you nothing but good advice. My two cents would be to tell you to stop pining on those from your past who got away and concentrate on those you meet today whether or not blonde or nurses, who: 1. are single and available 2. live in this area, and most importantly, 3. do not have a restraining order against you. LOL

Ok Tal, I'm kidding about number 3 - just a joke, chill. LOL

Jenny and I did have a stalker at the U of MN Law School/Library. The female stalker was researching her criminal defense in the law library while I was sometimes on the reference desk. She had chained herself to a U of MN math professor's desk and had stalked him. I became her obsession after trying to help her with her case when the other law librarians kind of just ignored her. No good deed goes unpunished. Jenny, being the law student she was, did everything she could to put an end to the stalking like writing the Law Library Director there. Who would soon become the Law Librarian of Congress in late 1990 or thereabouts. After about several months of this, the stalker only stopped after she followed me home and the Law School/Library people finally decided to do something about it. They usually blamed me for trying to help the woman and I was NOTHING but doing my job.

Jenny is one those married women I am fond of but she never responds to any e-mails. One of my law students when I was Student Co-Director of the Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners Minnesota Correctional Facility-- Stillwater Office. She became my roommate/girlfriend after I graduated in May of 1989 and she came back from clerking with a judge in Iowa. She was U of MN Law Class of 1990.

She is in the Midwest very high up in one of their court systems as an Administrator. Or like that.

She is doing good work as far as I can tell.

Another of these ladies is a Children's Librarian in the Los Angeles area married to a very nice guy who was her college sweetheart at the U of CA--Santa Cruz. We two hung around a bit in Denver and later around the San Francisco Bay Area when I was working for Information Access Company in Belmont, CA. 1984-1986.

The single blonde nurse lives close by the Villages. Just want to make sure that she knows that she and her daughter are still in my thoughts. She probably has friends who look at Talk of the Villages and maybe even are fans of NOTHING. I did talk to her a lot about a lot of things-- especially movies-- when she came to the dog park before she was kicked out around March of 2017 for her pit bull mix being too aggressive. We were walking buddies sort of from maybe 2015 to 2016. Not sure when she started coming to the dog park.

I would not stalk her though as I am usually very busy with my own life. Just hope she is somewhere having fun and enjoying her life with her daughter and dogs.

There is another working blonde nurse whom I see from time-to-time and various other ladies who are around. The other blonde nurse used to be a combat nurse in Iraq and is quite interesting to talk to even if she has a habit of popping up when I least expect her.

I would interpret that as...NOTHING but a clue.
