I know my brother. I can still feel the love. If I posted yesterday I would have been ejected from Florida.

A little real estate problem in NJ on top of everything else going on was too much. We are now officially disconnected from the Armpit of the USA, New Jersey. Done deal, check cleared its over. If it wasn't for the 4 grandchildren and the fifth one on the way I would never set foot there again for any reason. NOTHING but a nightmare. :1rotfl::1rotfl::clap2:

There actually is a Nucky Code Book. It's very easy to follow most of the time but since I'm not perfect sometimes I stray with my message. They all seem pretty good to me. I have to say most of the time I'm NOTHING but picking up what you're laying down. I attribute it to the fact that we lived many years in the same general area of the country. I don't have the Nucky Code entirely down, but I've always wanted to be fluent in another language so why not make it Nucklish?.......lol

No matter NOTHING, you gotta know we love ya!! You sure are a good sport about all of this. And also consider, if we didn't care what you had to say, no one would even be asking about all of this. After all, peace and love is what we're all about. :highfive:

And I got to 22 gallons donated at One Blood and elsewhere as of yesterday.

The time goes by so fast when you are having NOTHING but fun. We have been here 2 years now and I still feel like I am on vacation. Every time I fly back from somewhere and get to the Orlando airport I am so happy I am home.

We have a nesting pair of eagles on our property. Their youngins are now big enough to complain when they're hungry.. They're complaining quite loudly right now.. lol

I really didn't answer your question straight up the first time so I'll try for a second. Obviously new build is only on either end of TV and right now I would pick south, but honestly I have done little to no research on the northern most end. I think Fenney is beautiful with lots of new and different things but at first felt it was too far. But now, with all the future plans in place it seems that will not be the case. Brownwood may end up the new hot spot after all and W will have to give it NOTHING but a new, kinder, gentler nickname......lol. Some of the sales agents said that as soon as the news came out about the latest expansion that there has been a renewed interest by businesses in Brownwood. One can only hope this is NOTHING but true!

And yes, if we choose to build I guess we'll be paying a bond......again. Are you sure James doesn't come with it?

We are in the south of 466 area. I am a city girl so like everything to be as convenient as possible. We take our golf cart everywhere, to our doctors, to the market, to the restaurants and to LSL which was our favorite square. It is NOTHING but a personal decision.

I think it's all relevant.. We currently live 7 miles to the nearest store, restaurant, gas station. We have a little general store and coffee stand about 2 miles away. lol

So when we get there it'll feel like everything is NOTHING but across the street..
