I recall copying a bunch of papers about my progress with the 224 613 Project as I have been calling it for decades and taking them in person to talk to the people at the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office here in Florida on or around September 18, 2002. I had another reason too but that is not all that relevant now. I did give the stuff to what turned out to be a homicide detective. I did not know what he was at the time.

He eventually said that they had mixed feelings about all of it. Or, maybe, his partner told me that. They did say to stop sending so many e-mails and take them off the receiving end of these.


And the other thing I spoke about with them was not a crime according to them. And I also had no idea what they could do if they had investigating it.
