I agree with some of the above mentioned favorites - The Office, Seinfeld, and Big Bang Theory. Hubby and I also enjoyed watching Frasier. I haven't watched anything new in years. If my husband ever vegges out enough to watch tv it's usually old shows - Andy Griffith (he gets a kick out of Barney) and whatever might come on after that. I rarely even turn the tv on and usually only watch a "planned" show here and there. NOTHING much in that way seems to interest me like it used to, not even very many movies. Same goes for reading which I used to love to do. I'm hoping that might change once I'm fully retired and not living such a planned life. I think part of my problem is I just don't know how to relax anymore. Sometimes, for that reason, going to a movie isn't such a bad idea because I'm a captive audience there versus trying to watch one at home.

When it's convenient go to youtube and search for the IT Crowd. There is nothing quite like it. Here's a snip--guess who the nerds are and which one is the boss they tease.

OMG, tomwed, that is funny. And I'm going to say this before K gets on here and says it first, but that reminds me of what it would be like if K, W, and I were all in the same room together. They would be doing NOTHING but trying to get one over on me and enjoying every minute of it. I'll admit to sometimes being an easy "target". :ohdear:

British comedy can be so good. I had spoken about British acting on here before. The training is much more rigorous than in this country which sometimes is next to NOTHING.

I'm guessing Katherine Tate is new to you. She is like Carol Burnett with a bunch of characters she does. Some old, young , boy, girl, nothing is missed-- I think she is the funniest person in the world, Here's a taste:

You better look her up on youtube. I forgot there is a bit of adult humor I forgot about. I haven't looked at one of those shows in 2 years. Boy oh Boy has the world changed in 10 years.

Besides spending 2 hours in the eye doctor's office, the only trouble I stirred up today had to do with my house not getting power washed yet. Remember that NOTHING discussion some time ago?

Off to work at this UnGodly hour. You need to close up shop and get down here asap. Your professional services could be used at CVS, Walgreens or Publix. Those poor people are overwhelmed. Nothing but a shame. :duck:

When I saw the email notification come through, I figured it had to be you. Who else would be up at this ungodly hour, as you put it - lol. No working when I get to TV, especially in pharmacy - NOTHING doing. Hoping to retire at the end of next year then onto TV in 2020. All signs are pointing to "yes". :a040:

But your post is making me think if I decide to get a new vehicle I should get it up here......

You would need to be sure of what you will want for your lifestyle here. Carefully consider where you will be driving and what will fit in your garage. We chose the Traverse because it was comfortable to drive but still fit a load of building supplies or 6 people since we like to go places outside the bubble with our friends and family. A lot of NOTHING to consider.

You're right. That will be one of the advantages of keeping our primary residence up north for an extra year or 2 in order to have the time to work all these things out. In the meantime, I NOTHING but appreciate all the advice you have to offer.

Oh yeah, customer service at NOTHING but its finest. The Lincoln Dealer I have been past several times lately was not to busy. If they still offered the Grand Marquis shopping would have never happened because Bingo that would have been it immediately.

I found the car and the correct deal. Its a simple Sonata only option is Leather. It is only because of a frequent poster on TOTV'S that I made the trek to the dealer in Clermont. John W thank you for being a great neighbor and taking the time to educate me in the ways dealers operated down here. No dealer fee in this deal and zero interest. Haven't owned a New Sedan in years.

Basic transportation no flash and should God willing last for the rest of our lives. I can't believe I didn't buy something dumb. We are in the home stretch. Not gonna pick it up until Monday.

Mrs. FW said something very wise the other day if its the last car then go for the MINI. Without me bringing it up Mrs. Nucky said she was sick of the MINI'S and ready to try something different. Whew saved by the bell.

Mrs. Abby find out the real answer about registering your Northern cars down here. If I had to do it again I Should have executed a deal on our recent jail sentence, sorry I meant visit to Hell's Half Acre! :1rotfl:

JOHN W better than E.F. Hutton! What a mission getting this done. That dealer fee may be built into my deal but it's not in your face like the other dealer for one Extra Large $1000. KMA those other dealers are NOTHING but dead to me. My personalized NUCKY plate are now caput. Damn.

We were amazed how many different plates are available in Florida there are NOTHING but dozens to choose from in addition to the plain old standard one. Before we left NH I wanted to get the moose one but never got around to it. I always wanted to get a round tuit also but never got that either.

What NOTHING did I miss today? Oh, never mind, we shouldn't talk about it. I don't want to get in trouble. At least not until tomorrow....

I was a little busy today but have nothing scheduled tomorrow. That will change. I'm glad Nucky found a new car he likes and everyone else sounds safe and sound. I'm still going through moviepass withdrawal. I often wondered what a luxury it would be to go to a movie whenever I wanted and not care too much what the critics said. And for a little while that's what I had.

That was me. I was trying to start something of a controversy but added something about the abuse was going to get. I found that funny. I was ready to discuss the harmony with 2 toppings on a hot dog or even nothing when it's a Hebrew National. I was hoping I could take a stand on ketchup and relish or mustard and sour krout but if you went with mustard, relish and sour krout you've gone too far. The harmony was ruined.

Pretty funny Tom. NOTHING but made my day. I am a purist and go for mustard and relish but sometimes I even add cheese.
