I appreciate the complement. I think it can be learned. Meat needs to be cooked to a certain temperature so a digital thermometer is a must.
I admire anyone who can play a song on any instrument. I have spent many hours trying to play the guitar but nothing I ever played was complete. The song would come to a complete stop while I tried to move my fingers to hold down all of the strings.
And when it comes to my thumb, it ain't green. And I'm not that enthused to learn otherwise. So I know what you mean.

I can't play an instrument either but I am better with plants. I would rather know how to cook though since I love good food prepared with fresh ingredients and herbs and spices but usually end up defrosting some frozen NOTHING.
