It is my number in a 17 week study on stress on the unemployed conducted by the Health Sciences Campus University of California at San Francisco in late 1992-1993. I got blacklisted for forcing the issue of being honest about a critical niche in access to practical information in our nation's law libraries for victims/survivors of crimes and began advocating to do something about it by creating localized dialogues between many professionals. The investigation into the Michelle Mitchell murder went onto into 1979 when they settled on someone who was the wrong person.
