What did Costco do?

I understand. My mother was my best friend and the most wonderful person I've ever known. In fact, it was when my husband met my mother that he knew I was the person he wanted to marry. Unfortunately, he forgot to take into consideration that I am NOTHING but half my father - lol.

He took her passing as hard, if not harder, than I did. She treated him very much like a son and he was closer to her than his own mother. At the funeral, between him on one side and my dad on the other I felt like the rock at that moment. Fortunately for me, I was able to spend time with my mother in her last days and was the only family member that was there on the night she passed. Sometimes the pain of her loss still hits me hard but I know I was blessed to have a mother like her, so I'm grateful for what I had for how long I had her in my life.

On more of a NOTHING note - Costco seems to be unable to maintain a supply of the most important item that I buy there - their store brand greek yogurt. It is the best! I've tried so many other brands but none compare. Apparently they are having a production problem and I'm not the only one disappointed. I was told it is one of their top selling items. It's a main staple for me so it feels like the rug being pulled out from under me........what a stupid NOTHING worldly thing to be concerned about. I guess I'll live - :ohdear:

And I didn't even know I was NOTHING 7400......sounds like a race car or something. I don't particularly feel like one right now. My husband keeps bugging me to go out for a bike ride and I keep looking at him like you're kidding, right. I just did an extra 15 minutes longer at the gym than usual while he sat home doing NOTHING. He replies it's a tandem bike you have to do NOTHING but sit there. And I said yeah, but I'll probably fall off and crack my head open because I'm so tired. He replies, "I'll put a helmet on you." That's when I said I'm going to take a nap.

Naps are the best. You need to keep up your strength and not wear out your parts so you can do more NOTHING.

Well, I decided to heed Nucky's warning and bypass the nap since I would rather sleepily pie goodly tonightly......lol

Instead I paid bills and did paperwork - NOTHING but a good time. So what are the rest of you NOTHINGS up to? Anybody take a nap for me?

No sightings of tomwed, I see. How cool would it be if he is visiting with his grandson? If that were the case, I bet he would return with lots of fun stories.

My daughter sent me a puzzle made up of pictures of when they came to visit so we spent the afternoon on that. NOTHING but awesome memories of all the fun we had.

That is so cool! NOTHING but thoughtful of your daughter.

Since I don't have a daughter, I pray someday I'll get an awesome DIL. I always told my son, I hope he gets a family that loves him like a son and likewise we intend to love his future wife like a daughter of our own. I think it is NOTHING but remarkable that Nucky has 3 great DIL's. To me it is almost unheard of for all to be so wonderful. What a blessing!

This was posted on my FB page today with the caption "The Reason Why You Must Not Postpone Travel Plans Till Retirement". Maybe could substitute "move to the Villages"? NOTHING to think about.

I will definitely show this to my husband. This is NOTHING but appropriate for the discussion we were having today about how to arrange our finances for our upcoming retirement. He kept using a phrase, I can't remember exactly what it was, but it had to do with holding back or something. I said to him we've been holding back our whole lives. I'm not going to wait until we're in our 70's to enjoy what we sacrificed to have in retirement. We are both in good health now, who knows what the future holds? He did finally relinquish to my way of thinking and we worked out a plan that we both hopefully will be comfortable with as the time approachs. It's a process, but what is that expression about regrets - regretting what you don't do, not what you did do. He always talks about never missing opportunities - well, I plan to take that to heart and quit missing out.
