I regret it all.
Mr. FW, I'm not sure if this will work for you but I've tried a double dose of Prednisone and Ginger tea with Honey. It worked for me. This was way after the smoking foolishness stopped which is NOTHING but a Miracle. I miss them though. I think its 5 years this New Years Day and I could go back to it in a second. I really don't know how long it has been since I was stopped but it's the only reason I'm not taking a Dirt Nap Now!
If I could get away with it I would smoke today. It's not worth the hassle or the expense. I wanna stick around for a little bit longer.

I have some lady friends who I have seen smoking and one is a nurse. Not sure why people concerned about the health and welfare of others-- like nurses- would get themselves addicted to nicotine.
Have not seen them smoking in a while though and hope they have quit.
Some older males at the dog park would smoke but they have passed away or stay away now from the Villages' area.
Not for NOTHING that I am glad that you gave up smoking NUCKY. Saw Barefoot and her husband Fireboy last evening briefly but forgot to make a lobster joke.
