Happy Friday everyone. Although I suspect once in the Villages the day of the week just won't matter anymore.

I thought we were getting NOTHING but rain here today. Instead we got a blizzard! Darned if that didn't impede my shopping progress. Oh well, hubby will be happy.

Now that it's dying down out there, it sure is pretty. But I'd still take sunshine over this weather any day.

Things are looking crummy for our family and friends in New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley of PA. I really do feel sorry for them. I thought I would be down here with a gigantic smile when the snow and ice hits them but I can't smile because of my severe sunburn from falling asleep at the pool a few days ago. Nothing could make me share that with them. It would hurt them too much. Maybe just my 3 son's, all in Jersey. A whole lot of people unprepared can't make it home from work because of accidents and ice. Don't miss it one bit. Instead of teasing them I'm gonna pray for their safety. And be thankful for our new address.

I added the Villages to my iPhone Weather App. Probably not a good idea.. Your temp = 60. My temp = 39. NOTHING but unfair.

I've also been looking at every classified that pops up for golf carts.. NOTHING but torturing myself.

NOTHING more important than picking the right house the first time. Don’t settle, you’ll regret it and wind up paying a 5% commission to a Villages sales rep. 5 % if you do a sell plus a buy. 6% otherwise.

This is going to take some work.. The wife has a price she doesn't want to go over. But I have things I want in a house. The houses I like do NOTHING but kill her budget.. I'm slowly breaking her down though.. I think.. lol

I totally agree. We don't have a mortgage now, we won't have one when we retire. The only payment we have right now is the wife's car. It has a zero percent interest loan. That's like NOTHING but free money
