Thanks for NOTHING but asking, wait one minute, I'll be back I have to close the door so no snake comes in. Mrs. Nucky is behaving with the Grub so things are quiet for the moment. She has two more tests coming up on Wednesday. Early Wednesday. Like work time early. Her new Doctor really instills a whole lot of confidence in us that just follow what he says and we'll be fine. It's hard to see her on a clear liquid diet.

We are overrun with Black Racers and Geckos and Frogs for the last couple of days. The Black Racer will take care of business.

BK, hero status for the Pacific Bold K-Cups from Costco. They are fantastic. I'm in Kaffee Heaven Now! :clap2:

Pfew -- what relief. I was nothing but worried that you wouldn't like it. (Coffee tastes are so subjective) I meant to send a pm telling you that if you didn't care for it, I'd buy it from you so you wouldn't be out the money.

I'm not looking forward to those black racers. :22yikes: The geckos and frogs I can deal with but snakes, no thanks. We had an adorable turtle in our front yard the other day. Hubby has strict instructions to watch out for the little fella when he mows the grass.

Glad to hear Mrs Nucky is doing okay. You better take her out to a nice dinner at the Fin after she gets off this liquid stuff. This has been NOTHING but a long haul for her - hope they come up with something as far as diagnosis and treatment soon so that things can get back to some kind of normal for you guys.

Your Fresh Market paragraph cracks me up. Rarely does my husband see the bill from there. In fact, I've even taken the price tags off of stuff before he sees it because I don't want to hear about it. I do try to wait for sales and use coupons when I can, but I NOTHING but love shopping there. :icon_hungry: Anyway, one day last week I bought a couple of wraps from there - one for me to take to work and one for my husband. He couldn't help himself and felt the need to text me at work to say that the wrap was really good but it was expensive - oops forgot to take the tag off - lol. You're NOTHING but right about that. That was the main reason we got a Keurig in the first place - we all (including my son when he's here) drink completely different types of coffee so it works for us. Like you guys I'm constantly looking for the best deals on it, but unlike you guys I think we've actually count down on our coffee intake by using it.

I know waterfront property demands a premium but this is NOTHING but ridiculous. I'm hoping someone just fat fingered the price and aren't serious..

One of my friends whacked up some Kaffee that he was bragging about that he bought at Ollie's. This stuff could gag a maggot! I love Kaffee, did I ever mention that? The bush that I threw it on in his beautiful landscaping died. He always asks me why I always have a little laugh or smile when we are sitting on his front porch. I tell him its NOTHING!

The price is a typo. The price is $419,999 and if you scroll down to the "Property History" you can see that.

However, even at that price, it is still high at $260.00 a square foot. It's nice but not phenomenal, and the upgrades still do not warrant what they are asking.

Looks like I went to bed too early last night - all the action started AFTER 10pm - lol.
