On 11/17/2017 I Started a Thread called Broken Hearted. Man, we were hurting. It was the day our Dog and besteset Buddy died. We tried a Foster Dog and it didn't work out too well but we are NOTHING but just about ready again, I think. There is the problem. Until I'm 1000% certain I don't wanna put an animal or any person through any unnecessary pain of the search and I never want to return a Pup who doesn't work out. It's not fair to the Doggie. I went to the Sumpter County ASPCA on an undercover mission the other day and they had plenty of winners.

The support just after he died from people I don't even know was amazing and it still touches me and Mrs. Nucky. We were and are humbled and grateful.

Nucky there is NOTHING like a pooch. He/she/they kind of keep one sane. Well, in most cases....

If you have love in your heart there's NOTHING better than sharing it. Everything in life has risks but the rewards are worth it.. Go save one of those dogs.

That's my sappy post for the year..

Kind of like the $2,245 raised by the Sumter County Sheriff's Office's Christmas program at a pancake breakfast October 19, 2019 at R.J. Gator's Florida Sea Grill and Bar in Lake Sumter Landing according to the Local News section of "The Villages Daily Sun" of the November 7, 2019 paper.

This NOTHING but made my day this morning. Not sure if it means NOTHING, NOTHING at all, or something else other than NOTHING.

But this is a cool 39,980th post of Talk of the Villages. Have been on here since July of 2007 and in the Villages since 2005 and in Florida since June or so of 1996.

Only 20 more posts and I will have 40,000 of them. Many of these on NOTHING or supposedly about NOTHING.

NOTHING but heading for the TOTV'S Hall Of Fame! Good job Tal. You've been very supportive when the chips are down!

Just remember you knew us before you become famous! Maybe I should get your Autograph now. I wonder how much it would be worth? I don't have the heart to answer that question my friend!

Nothing matters anymore. This thread will never end. As a wise man (me) once said, nothing is only a little less than something. Brilliant words I know, but I got nothing else.

Caught my little grandson covered in Nuttela, jar open on floor.
"Who did that?"
"Not me"
"What are you doing covered in goo?"
"Nuttin!"
...and he looked me in the eye all the time. Going to be a great lawyer!!

I love it Two Bills. Aren't the little ones a thing to behold. It's almost a laugh a minute. Our Grandkids are of the mind that even when caught red-handed, Run, Lie & Deny. Ours just left for the airport and the little girl asked her Dad if the could NOTHING but go in the pool when they get home? Home is N.J. You never know what's coming at you!

The Visits to The Villages are getting smoother each time. The 8-year-old asked Poppa is there still not P in Lake Sumter? they remember everything! You started my day with a phenomenal post. Thanks!
