quiet time. Also,

I seem to

get better sleep

when I go

to bed early.

I read somewhere

that the more

hours of sleep

you get before

midnight somehow adds

up to double

the quality of

sleep after midnight.

Although I admit

my consistency in

doing so is

not very good.....:sigh:
