Judgement
It is hereby decreed that the conflict about a sporting bet between Ms. Barefoot & Mr. Golfing Eagle be settled the following way. It has been thoroughly investigated several times and previous case law considered. These cases are available via Google by entering Lobster Gambling Problem the list is extensive. However we have decided to thrown case law to the curb. After this binding ruling is ordered all parties shall go back to their previous level of friendship or an improved level.
Judge Chicken Lips and his assistant (MS. Priscilla) have decided to furnish at the place of their choosing a delicious delectable meal configured with delightful overflowing Lobster so we shall dine like Vikings with all the usual fixins to be supplied also. This meal may be at the finest dining establishment or somewhere in between there and the Judges New Home in TV depending on how much the Judges soak the buyer of their existing home for. Should be pretty good. The evidence that was presented show a trail of cloudy non direct misunderstandings. We all know that a man's & women's mind both work differently as noted in the book Men are from Mars Women are from Venus. Therefore both parties were hearing what they wanted to hear. In the future all bets shall be clearly numbered in a structured manner with all particulars outlined clearly. When the bet is clear to both parties the word agreed will be electronically signed to the form this show clear up any conflict's.
No Payoffs were received at the time this decision is being leveled but will be accepted. Ms. Barefoot Fedex doesn't deliver on Sunday...Damn.
tbussone & tomwed will be included in the festivities as a show of good will and peace. Let it be know far & wide that the three word sentence rule will be enforced strictly. Ms. Barefoot & Mr. Golfing Eagle may render one longer than 3 word reply to this ruling. After that more than 3 words shall trigger a violation and penalty of a naked swim in Paradise Lake for 15 minutes or cleaning the golf cart bridge with a tooth brush.
