Technically split decision.
All future bets should not be made in three word increments. If this section is used the bet should be clearly fully extended in plain understandable terms that can't be disputed after the fact. Both parties had strong arguments in the above mentioned bet. It is technically a push. That's why Judge Muhlsomething decide to pay the bet himself, in the interest of good spirit & friendship. P.S. change in screen name to lifelong nickname was because of several wacky emails I received. Don't know where they came from but figured it was a good move. Anyway carry on. In a way I hope this doesn't solve the seafood problem because it's still funny to me.
