If you read one or more of the many books written by people who have had an out of the body near death experience, you will find certain consistencies. One deals with our actual death. They reassure us that though the body may experience pain at death we won't. They also reassure us that we will not be alone.

The "ACTUAL" moment of death is peaceful. It's birth that is painful. After living in a warm, wet house for 9 months, you are forcefully pushed out into a much too bright, noisy room, then spanked...eew!
