Bog99, sorry, I'm not familiar with Chad's Lawn service.
We pay $99 per year for termite protection with Falcon.
We pay monthly for the following services provided by Falcon Lawn:
Lawn mowing and cleanup, fertilization of lawn and shrubs, pest control indoor and outdoor, weeding,
trimming our shrubs, hedges, and our three palm trees, etc.
It is very important to us to have a full-service lawn and pest company as we are seasonal residents.
If we use more than one company, we've found that they "point fingers" at each other if a problem is experienced,
(like lawn fungus).
We've learned the hard way not to pay in advance, and that cut-rate prices usually mean cut-rate service.
We are very pleased with Falcon Lawn.
Our Home-Care Service reports to us that Falcon Lawn does a wonderful job when we are away in Canada.
