they do great work (A+) when they show up...no question about that but I never know when they are going to be here....

Last week was Thursday....This week it got to Friday 4pm and no one showed up so I phoned them....and Leslie said they would be here Saturday morning....Now it's after 2pm Saturday..and no has shown up or even called me.

I just want to know so I can plan my watering around their schedule.

and since I pay based on weekly service, am I getting credited for the missing week that results every month? (of course not)

I have used Choice Management for many years and find them to be absolutely reliable and competent. I have sent many customers to them and everyone is happy.
