Default Home Town Lawn & Shrub?????????

I am thinking about going with Home Town Quality Service LLC next month for lawn, shrub fertilization & bug barrier for the home. Any good or bad opinions about them?

I've heard good and bad about them, about 45-55% towards bad. Some of their lawns look great, some pretty bad. I think you have better luck with them if you're a frog. I kind of get the feeling they slack off when working for snowbirds. Please do remember, that most of this is word of mouth, I have no personal knowledge other than what I've heard or observed.

I have been with them for two years. The first year was fine, this past year just the opposite. I have 4 contracts with them (mowing, shrub trim, power washing and irrigation maintenance) and they have violated all four. They have become incompetent and unreliable. I will not be renewing any of the contracts and will pursue reimbursement for all four this year (fat chance). My advice - avoid them.

I heard that Marty Rouse, the former owner of Stellar owns this company.
