Default Approval?

What do we need approval to plant?

I assume trees but what about shrubs and flowers? Vegetable garden? Trellis with vines?

To get a proper reply, you need to be a lot more specific. I would suggest drawing up a landscape plan, and show it to the Architectural review committee .

OP, look at your deed restrictions, in general anything to the outside of the house or outside the house needs approval, now having stated that, there are minor items that do not need approval, like plants in existing landscaping. As noted above, you need to be much more specific with what you are planning to do. If you still have questions, call community standards, 352-751-3912.

Also, the deed restriction are different in different CDDs, pink flamingos are allowed in some areas, and definately not allowed in others.

Thanks for the replies. We are starting the design and build for our house in January. Expect to be in by June.
