Learn from my Mistake! I signed & paid for an annual agreement with Step Above Lawn, Pest and Termite.
at first it was fine. Agreement was for bi-weekly mowing. They did not mow in June, once in July & once in August. At end of August I called five times & emailed them about when they were going to mow. I finally filed claim with the Better Business Bureau. Step Above emailed me today to say the would cancel my contract but there would be no refund per the contract.

The CONTRACT was to move every 2 weeks! AAGGHHH.
