I sprayed mine with soapy water a few times and the mites disappeared.

They get fungus easily, so check with your lawn service about spraying it.

Bonide Neem Oil Concentrate, Organic Gardening

Used as example not pushing store or product.

It is a big roundish bush? We had that happen to us and they were new to us. The people who planted them said to feed them and water them and that did the trick.
