Rain Barrels and Garden Compost Bins

As you may have read in a different thread, I am trying to put together an order for 20 Compost Bins to get them for around $108 each:

The same company also supplies Rain Barrels, and I need to get an order for 20 of these also:

Please send me a Private Message if you want either or both

Thank you

Compost bins in florida, have you thought about the odor they will produce in the florida heat, not to mention the pests it will draw. might not be appreciated by the neighbors

Please see the separate thread on composting - a properly-maintained compost bin does not smell

So they say. And it does not draw bugs and rodents? Are these compost bins currently here in TV or in other areas of the country? I get confused. Are they covered or open pit (a term I learned the other day)? Do they have drainage holes or are they completely sealed? If there are drainage holes I am sure that the insects, rodents, reptiles, etc will find a way in to eat the garbage (excuse me - biodegradable food things) that is being put into these bins.
