Default DIY Plantings

I am a new resident at the Villages. Once the weather cools down a bit and after receiving approval from the Architectural Review Committee, I would like to plant some shrubs and palm trees around my house. Can someone tell me where one can dispose of the grass which needs to be removed and any of the excess soil / sand?
Thank you

The sod, less the soil, can be bagged and set at the curb for pick-up.
If you have someone to plant your trees, they will take away the soil. If not. just add to your beds, it will not be that much to only raise the bed slightly.
