Default How far from lot line for new tree?

I want to plant a lemon tree in my back yard. House is a Villa with enclosed yard. How far from the lot line do I need to be?

how wide will tree grow, do you want to trim the back of tree next to the wall.

In the front of the phonebook there is a form for the architectural review committee. That form needs to be filled out completely and a diagram of where you want to put up the tree. You can also probably call community standards to get some more details of what you can and cannot do.

The application and review with ARC is NO COST, they are located in LSL, second floor near Starbucks.

front & rear are 13/10 feet, but the base must be 2' within that.

My Arc permit said that.

Side is in the grey area a bit but 2' should work

Bottom line get approval first, it's painless
