If you do that, stop! Seriously, dude, find something else to rant about!

Excellent commentary for your annual post! Not.

I've never seen anyone in the service industries treated this way and I certainly do not.

Whaaaaat? The people that provide our lawn care and the people from other services we use are treated like friends. We talk, we laugh, we know each others’ names. Our cleaning people are not coming right now of course, but we are still paying them. I know the same thing is true for many of our neighbors and others we know. This is a truly unfair generalization.

dittos. not only are we on a 1st name basis, they actually know/like our dogs which look forward to the weekly visits by our guys. idk who this OPperson posting is, but they don't know us very well. talk about judging an entire group of people, jeez

Practicing social distancing is much easier for lawn care workers than golfing. Why shouldn't they continue mowing??

I mow my own yard but I would think if they’re getting paid I’m sure they’ll keep doing it. Why wouldn’t they want to do it? There’s nobody within 6 ft. of them. I’m sure if your regular guy doesn’t want to do it, you surely could get someone else. If it gets that bad you might have to break down & do your own. I wouldn’t lose any sleep over it!

TandHSTAR@AOL.com 04-03-2020 09:40 AM

Mine are still coming. Most of the time they come when I am not home. Know they came cause edges are neat grass is cut. We do not socialize. They do their work and leave. I pay them via my bank so no contact. Wave when I see them. Have had them for years. Reliable.

Way to go.
All you hear is HOW SORRY some are for those out of work or those who choose to lie low.
Well folks can’t have it both ways, maybe ur landscaping people are quarantined and don’t want to say OR they have elderly in their homes.
If u have great scapers keep them just be happy right now the lawn doesn’t have to be mowed weekly yet

Nanny32162 04-03-2020 11:40 AM

I think so. I met with a landscaping service this morning; they also mow, and he said that he’s really busy.
