Default Native Cuts is RUDE

I had Earl do our landscaping 18 months ago and have had them maintain our yard. The yard looked good. We never saw him personally after that, even if I requested for him to come. Plants died. Some replaced, some not. Different people would come, but never Earl.

We had to bring a big pot in the garage as hurricane Irma approached. I had to disconnect the self watering hose. I can't get it back on.. I turned in a work order.
During this week I saw Village Palms doing a great job across the street with two truckloads of beautiful trees and plants. Honestly wasn't thinking about Irma. And the mowers showed up as scheduled. Still thinking all should be fine, I sent Gina the email below. Well, she was rude.

They say they don't advertise. That they rely on word of mouth. But they do have a sponsored link. They are having to buy business.

I found this old link this morning. Please read it and then my emails with Gina. They say they wanted to drop me so they don't have to admit we fired them.
I actually gave him referrals over the months. Too bad.
I do have two neighbors who had negative interactions with NATIVE CUTS but I can only speak for myself now. Do a search on TOTV before you do business with Native Cuts. I encourage you not to ....customer service sucks. Even though he did a good design, my neighbors look even nicer with Villages Palm. I am having Landscape envy.

Yes, Earl had asked we cancel you when he read how "disappointed" you were.
Everyone else has been so gracious, and understood that last week all of the
nurseries were either under water, or didn't get their deliveries last week.
No one else expressed their disappointment, only concern, and would ask when
but never, disappointment. Not how our family of customers act. Best of luck

Actually other landscapers are back to new installs and have plants. And
the fact your guys showed up to mow lead me to think all was good.

Let's get the three plants replaced and then you can send me a final bill.

I know I don't need sarcasm and a lecture, and you do not need inconsiderate
paying customers like me.

Funny thing is that Earl said you rely on referrals.....why would you talk
to customers like this? As a business woman you know bad reviews spread
faster than good ones.

Glad I could make Earl's day. Please make sure he knows you just lost an
account so we can make his evening, too.
Earl is very talented and I like his designs. Customer service....not so
much.

Regards,
Faye

I think you sent this to the wrong company, or it was supposed to be

With the clean up we are working overtime trying to accomplish no, we
didn't have time to go to the flooded nursery that didn't even get a
delivery of plants last week, the irrigation and spray crews out in
full strength helping with our massive efforts to clean up, making
sure the most important if issues were taken care of first. Heads
broken and flowing into the streets, or houses with no water ere
scheduled before a pot outside that can easily be watered with a hose.
I am sorry you are disappointed with us, and I will let boys know. I
am sure it will make Earls day reading this this morning.

Gina
The guys were here Friday, but didn't hook up the line on the big pot
we had to pull for the storm. And of course we need a new plant. The
other plant picture is full of mold and fungus. The other identical plant
is thriving.
Anyway, I am disappointed this wasn't taken care of.
Please confirm.

Faye

I agre my timing was off. Rudeness is never called for
Check NextDoor and FB and see many post of others who have had same experiences. I called s New company , choice maintenance , they came in one day. No issues. Other landscapers in the neighborhood doing their jobs.
I respect your comment. Thank you for your opinion!
