Remember when every section of The Villages was well manicured & residents didn’t have to make call after call to get things cleaned, trimmed & repaired? Those were the days

There is a part of The Villages north of 466 that a group of residents sued the developer about and as a result each of four or five people got $50,000 personally and the area was given permission to have elected reps make decisions. That area, along Morse has never looked as good to me as the rest of The Villages still under CDD control.

I see frequent trimming and fertilizing and removal of Spanish Moss of common areas south of 466.

Both of our statements may be based on our attitude and opinion and could be wrong.
