We live in Amelia and I just submitted the ARC application at the district office (at LSL upstairs across from Starbucks) for removal of two tall Washingtonian palms. They said absolutely we needed permission. I'm supposed to hear tomorrow. I was impressed with the process. I completed a one-page application and they immediately provided a picture of our front yard - it was current not Google Earth. I had to circle the two palms that I wanted removed. They provided a list of certified arborists but do not make recommendations.
