Default Plant Zone, Lawn Zone Mixed

Just had my inspection (great job Frank!) and one of the many problem areas was that plants and grass watering should not be on the same zone as grass needs more watering than plants. I’m in a courtyard villa and one zone in the front waters plants and grass and the same for the back. Just wondering if everyone else has watering zones separate for plants and grass. Also wondering if the Villages warranty Dept will agree to change this.

All of our plants and shrubs are on different zones, than the lawn at our designer

Thanks, I’ll have to ask around Philips Villas to see how others are set up.

Bruce, call home warranty, and if Frank reported this, the installer should be in contact with you to fix, if not ask home warranty to arrange for fix, and get the name of the installer and phone number for followup.

Frank just did the inspection yesterday and home warranty called today to say I should be getting calls tomorrow to begin getting things fixed. Frank and his sons did a great job!

Villagetinker, I think I’ve mentioned this in a previous PM to you but you’ve got to be one of the most helpful people on this forum often offering to personally assist people to help them solve their problems. Thanks. from all of us looking for answers.
