Default Pool landscape

I am putting in a pool. Will have landscaping around it. Looking for recommendations of landscapers. Anything that I should know in terms of what and what not should go along the screen area?

T&D dug up the bushes that came with our home and temporarily planted them in a corner of our yard..we had to water them, and then replanted them after the pool was finished. Here is a picture, three years later;

We hired Ron's Landscaping and they did a really great job of putting in our landscaping around our new birdcage/pool after T&D finished the pool project. They are neither the most expensive or the cheapest (but fair), and Mike at Ron's Landscaping is great to deal with and stands behinds his companies work. Congratulations on the new pool : )

We chose bottle brush for the street side and podocarpus macrophyllus for the neighbor side. Works fine
