The danger we run on any Internet Forum is that we are always hearing just one side of the story. I'm glad that Pooters has redeemed themselves and that the matter has been negotiated to satisfaction. Good for you Pooters! A lot of companies that sell to wrinklies in TV just fold their tents, disappear into the night, and then reappear under a different name.

A lot of posters ran with the one side of the issue. Blaming Pooters and the Developer.
BTW the original poster was even posting second and third hand information with a lot of accusations.

I read this thread prior to hiring Pooters (son's nickname) for a landscaping job in the front yard of our home. We put a plan together and and the plan was carried out on time and to the budgeted amount. Pooters took care of the interfacing with a secondary company which was involved in the project. The results of the project was wonderful with no headaches and no pricing problems. Like most of us when a company does a good job you recommend them to others which we have done. So when we had a second landscaping project we took our recommendation and contracted with Pooters for the second job. The results surpassed all expectations we had, and again we would recommend Pooters to anyone. Mr & Mrs Pooter really Clint and Kelly I would like to thank your company and employees for their attention to detail and the special care you took in the clean up after the job, the side yard shows no damage and the street is still very clean.
