I use Choice Maintenance. Paid upfront cost to weed the beds then pay $20/month for them to re-spray & pull anything that might come up. I am very pleased. I also have them trim my bushes. I would have them do my grass but I already had someone who only cut grass and was pleased with the service so didn't want to cancel him for nothing. They recently started doing hardscape.
