Courtyard villa has no grass - just pavers and lava rock. Looking for recommendation for someone who would spray for weeds, once a month, when we’re up north, because some weeds do appear at times.

We have the same setup as you...courtyard villa, pavers and rocks, no grass. We do have potted plants which he waters for us. Also, trims trees as needed.

Look for someone in your own villa community. We have a couple, full-time residents, who do this for their neighbors for a very reasonable fee. You're right too, no matter what you do to prevent those dastardly weeds, they will still appear.
