Best idea. Rocks are expensive.

Like it’s done in The Big House! Place a few stones in a pants pocket that has a hole in the bottom. Go for a walk and distribute the “rocks” along the street. Worked in Shawshank

I just got 25 buckets of free rocks, because I saw an ad for them, on Nextdoor.

Have a garage sale that work for me

Call ARC to confirm but if you are changing the landscape back to the original design then you likely do not need to approval. I did the same in the back and that is what they told me. I found little trouble getting someone to take them from me on Nextdoor

I posted on this site bricks for free. First come, they are yours. Gone by next day !

Try to post a picture so people know what color they are, and how large an area.

Run a Classified Ad in "Talk of the Villages" and include a picture of the rocks so that people are aware of the rock's color. People will come over to your house and remove them from your beds for you if that is OK with you.

After reading about them on here, he will probably get lots of offers and probably won't have to lift a finger to get rid of them...

Thanks for all the advice Especially the ARC, I hadn't considered that. I have a taker but if it doesn't work out I'll reach out to some of the other folks who were interested.

OP, also depending on what you are doing you will probably need ARC approval for your changes. I went through this when we went from pine straw to stone and ARC approval was required in our CDD, be sure to check.

You’re assuming ARC approval was obtained for the initial install
