Hello all,
Trying to get an idea in costs of landscaping dividers/walls options. I understand that “curbing” runs about $7 to $9 per foot.

My retaining wall was part of the whole landscaping job, but I believe when she itemized that part, it was $1300 in 2013. That's mostly labor, the blocks aren't that expensive, maybe a $2 or $3 a piece. They dig down, especially where the Sylvester Palm was planted then build the walls and then backfill the dirt, then weed block and then landscaping rocks. The white river rock in front was where grass was, everything was basically cleaned out gutted. They even redid the irrigation by putting individual sprinkler heads at each shrub. The entire job with rocks, weed block, and the shrubs and two palm trees, 2 big boulders came to $4800. The other palm you can just barely see it on left, there more landscaping that was included by the front door.

The original landscaper that built the walls was McGowin. Six months ago I had the rocks refreshed and a tune up of some new shrubs, and that was done by Terrascape.
