Sprinklers- low pressure?
Has anyone had an issue with your sprinklers not working properly. Almost seems like a low water pressure issue here in Bonita. Everything was fine & went to water new planting’s tonight &water hardly comes out. Tested other areas & larger sprinklers wouldn’t pop up. I checked all the sprinklers & had same issue.
Hoping not a leak but didn’t find any wet spots around. Any suggestions? |

You can get inexpensive pressure gauge that just screws onto you're water hose or outdoor spicket and see what water pressure is. Mine around 55 lbs. now if you're on separate irrigation line I don't know where you could tap into that?

When looking for leaks be sure to check the in ground box that houses the different area valves.
However if you are experiencing low pressure in the different zones, then it sounds like a source issue. |

P2A - Pressure Gauge
another option? if you google several below and around 10 bucks. mine was around 7 bucks 0 to 100 gauge will be more accurate that 0 to 300 gauge, but really don't matter. these you just screw on water hose turn the water on or just connect at the outside house faucet. that will tell you the water supply pressure. After that you have to figure out if it main line problem or individual station valve problem. Home depot, Lowes, or ace probably has them in stock? |

Make sure you are running only one zone at a time. Often times heads or if they have filter screens they will plug up. Pull the riser up on the head with the issue, if it's in ground put a vice grip on it at ground level to keep it from dropping back into the ground. Take the top, rotor or spray, off the top of the pipe and turn on the water to that circuit. If water sprays six to eight feet in the air it's not a pressure problem, its an obstruction in the rotor or spray itself.

Call me if you have any questions, or I'd take a drive up and show you what I'm talking about if it'll help. Just hate to have you spend $$$$$$ for a simple fix.
