Default Top soil

I think we need top soil for our lawn. Recommendations?

Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart sell it by the bag.
I don't know how much you need, but it's pretty inexpensive.
If you buy it in bulk and get a truckload from somewhere, be cautious.
It can be weed infested.
Do not spread sand like so many homeowners do.
There are no benefits to sand but top soil will enrich your grass.

If you plan on doing it yourself, I would have it delivered by Southern Rock Yard. Its on 301, just north of 462. I've had mulch and stone delivered. They are a pleasure to deal with, and offer prompt, reasonably priced delivery.
