Why give your crews off for four days during the middle of the rainy season? Isn't there ample opportunity for time off during the winter when you do very little, unless of course you discount your rates during the winter season.

We used Tri County for several years, as did three of our neighbors. We loved them. However, it all fell apart in June and July. The grass was so long --- no excuse for rain since everyone else was getting grass cut --- and we were unable to get through to the office. We all had to hire someone else to cut our lawns --- paid $25 for a single cut. Then we all found a permanent new lawn service. Moving to a new facility is no excuse.

We just hired Mike who uses only push mowers. I'm not in the villages right now but my neighbors say the grass looks wonderful..Time will tell but
his number is 352-988-8009. Sounds like a really dependable person.Good luck!

Stellar uses a push mower and will bill monthly, although there is a discount for paying annually. Our grass looks great. We've used them since growing season started, 3/12. They have additional services as well.

I am very sorry for all the issues everyone has been having. Please allow me the chance to explain. We are still in business and growing everyday. We had to relocate our office very quickly at the beginning of July because our other location we leased was taken away without notice. Once we moved into our new office we were without phone and internet service for 9 days so it made matters even worse. I also give all employees off for the 4th of July every year for 4 days since we do not take any other holidays besides Christmas and Thanksgiving. We have also been implementing new technology for all of mowing crews to make them more efficient and reliable. When you combine all that was going on along with the rain everyday it let our service slip below our normal standards and upset quite a few customers. Everything should be back to normal very shortly. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and would like to say THANK YOU to all the customers that have stuck with us thru this very tough time.

Thank You,

MR. Coon,

Thank you for the response and explanation. I am sorry that your business encountered these issues but I do not see how any of these issues would preclude your employees from returning calls to your customers.

I'm willing to cut them some slack while waiting for service to improve. They have had a good track record for a long time and I would expect them to bounce back fairly quickly. If they don't, it's a very competitive business.

Thanks Mr Coon. Looks like no problem depositing checks during this most difficult time.
