Default Variegated Agave "octopus" "century plant"

After living up north, we now want a "Florida" plant. Saw a big one and really liked it. It was a nice centerpiece for the front yard. Have you ever had one? Any negatives with it? Any idea where to get one?

I am just getting ready to remove 2 agave plants, mainly for the above reasons, but if you are interested, you can have them, free. You must let me know very soon as these are coming out in the next couple of days. 1 is about a foot tall tne other about 2 feet, and the are at least 3 runners.
