Hello,
I am looking for a service that will weed my flower beds. I have a lawn and trim service but do not have a weeding service. I am currently away from Florida so I cannot do it myself. Any recommendations for a reliable service?

i have a young man that takes care of my place and he does a great job his name is chris from happy hedges his number is (352) 303-8854 he pulls & sprays the weeds trims all the bushes and checks my sprinklers but the best thing of all he is ontime nice and cleans up everything when he is done.

The person who owns the service and has his brother and others working with him has the first name of Earl. My husband is playing golf and I will edit this when he returns to give you his phone number.

Anyway, we are very pleased. Earl charges $55 a month and he cuts the grass, aerates the lawn, fertilizes the lawn, edges the beds, weeds the flower beds and has fixed a sprinkler line we broke when planting a bush (for free...we tried very hard to pay him) He is very dependable and has even branched into house checking for two of our neighbors on Havana Trail. (We have another person and haven't changed to him for that yet.)

Our neighbors have had him to replace the pine mulch with gravel and to plant large trees and bushes for them and they are satisfied with his costs and I know for sure that he has replaced a small palm three times that my dear neighbor overwatered in her desire to take care of it.

I find Preen does a great (and cheap) job (get it at Lowes/HD), sprinkle it down and weeds are negligible for 3-4 months. Depends on how long/often you visit, but that's what I do.

Can anyone suggets a person that i can call to go around my house and pull all of the weeeds and grass from my stone beds. Looking for someone reliable that gets a good recomendation from people in this forum. Its just a one time thing. I usually do it all myself but it was too hot this summer and it got away from me. Any names you can suggest will be appreciated. Also if anyone knows what the going price is would like that info too. Thanks
