Default What is wrong with this section?

Is this happening to everyone or just me?

When I open this section, the newest posts are not at the top. I have to click on Last Post to bring them to the top. All the other sections work fine. The problem occurs only in this section and has been going on for at least a week.

Hi Champion6,

This section works the same for me as all the others. I have TOTV set up to display the posts from first to last. This thread, like all the others, is displaying that way.

If I'm not mistaken, you can switch first-to-last or last-to-first by clicking the "display mode" button on the right side of your screen just above the first displayed post in a thread.

Does that help?

Hey champion, I think you're on to something:

If I go to the Landscape Talk forum, the first few threads are displayed in descending sequence by date and time of last post. From that point on down the list, they're kinda-sorta in descending sequence but there are a number of glitches where out of sequence threads show up. And as you suggested, if I display all the threads in any of the other forums, they're in perfect sequence.

Maybe send a PM to Tony..........

I don't know. I always see posts in chronological order, oldest on top. It still shows that way to me.

Oh good. I was beginning to think it was just me who sees it chronologically.

Mine still displays kinda screwy sequence-wise......but I think I figured out the fix:

- Display all the threads in the Landscape Talk forum by clicking "Landscape Talk"
- On the column heading "Last Post", I see no up or down arrow to the right of the label
- Clicked on "Last Post" and voila! I get a down-arrow and everything is sequenced properly.

NOW you've gotta give it up, Tony............share with all of us!!

Bill, you are seeing exactly what I am seeing. That is the problem that I would like to have fixed. And your "fix" does work, but it is actually a "work around" to compensate for the problem.

- On the column heading "Last Post", I see no up or down arrow to the right of the label
- Clicked on "Last Post" and voila! I get a down-arrow and everything is sequenced properly.

This is supposed to occur automatically. In fact, it does occur in every section except this one.
