Lighting Electrical Design Services

Does anyone have any experience with Victor from LEDS? We are doing some lighting work....he says he has a guy who will repair our ceiling and no one will know the light fixture was moved. I want the fixture moved, but not if I can see where the old fixture was. Thanks for advice/comments!
